Terrible agency they have a shocking attitude particularly the German boss. I had an accident in 2001 while visiting a house with the Mougins agent male, and was told that I had to see the pool house in spite of the dangerous steps leading to it. Needless to say, I fell badly and the agent had to take me up hospital in emergency and complained about the waiting! and Zingraff boss who is "not a gentleman" not only refused to accept liability, but also refuse to give me the name of the house owner so my insurance could not claim. When you are visiting refuse to walk on dangerous grounds and make sure that they will honour any liabilities due to accidents . Better still don't go there they are plenty of excellent British and French agencies not as pretentious as they are in spite of being a below average agency. The accident happened and 16 years later i am still suffering injuries on my left knee without the class get compensation apart of the small doctor fees in hospital, that they had the nerve to claim reimbursement. German class for you! the new boss is his own son and " chip of the old block" I have been told...
